Here is a first draft as a working base for the form.
It will be sent to Search engines’ management. Their answers will be presented online through the Blogs and the Wiki. So the dialogs will be opened to everyone.
To improve the draft, everybody is welcome to comment and make propositions through the wiki. If you are not feeling easy with the wiki: just comment the Form post below the text (follow the Comment link ).
Your thinking is more valuable to me than the way you express it.
Tools must be helping us to tell what we need.
I really want to insist on that: this is a simple draft and it only exists to start somewhere. Maybe you will find that the style could be better, the concepts more precise or the questions more complete: let’s talk about it!
